That is for the Vista Sidebar. You need to have Windows Vista for that.

ok. thanks very much. and i do have vista.
even if i dident could you not just use the run in compatability with option?

No. The run in compatibility option will not allow you to run Sidebar Gadgets.

I can run gadgets with XP but that's only because I have Vista Sidebar ported to XP.
