CTD when click on the details button in colony gui

I had setup my gov to setup a build queue and when I clicked on the details for my colonies I found myself on my desktop. I have the save file if you want it.

Class 15 or 15 planet? If so, you might check the "Beta 4 Crash To Desktop" thread and see if it's the same bug or a different one.

No tried it even on a class 20 Earth and a class 16 both of them CTD
