While playing The Political Machine, sometimes my candidate is "frozen" in a state. I cannot move them to another state to do any types of actions. Even at the beginning of the turn when I have full stamina, the only thing I can do is do stuff in the state when I start the turn in. I have to save the game, and load it to get my candidate to become "unfrozen". I can do all other gameplay options, I just cannot get my candidate to move to a new state.
