The Perseverance Mercenary Bug (3.0 Opt-In)

By description it should colonize Aquatic, Frozen and Desert worlds before you research extreme colonization. But what happens is this.

I'm pretty sure i don't need any tech to use this merc - only resources and administrators. Nothing suggest otherwise.  Actually it's first time i used this one  - like ever. Never needed before and just decided to tray.

Speaking of the Bazaar, it would be nice if instead of a limited handful of named ships, there were an unlimited quantity of different classes of ships. If you have the cash, you dont need to have any production on your planets, you may buy a contracted military.

I had the same thing happen to me in my last game.  A bit frustrating.

Just happened to me as well. Grrrr.... might have to restart. I put a lot in to getting that.

If you're thinking of starting a new game anyway, might I suggest the Mercenary Role Mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/galacticcivilizations3/mods/119?tab=description

It fixes a number of bugs with mercenaries (although I'm not sure it fixes this one), and fixes roles (capital, escort, assault, etc) that are badly assigned.

that is a good suggestion, for sure...

but shouldn't SD make their game more bugfree to receive more positive feedback and reviews? Those "smaller" bugs are annoying, because they seem to be more or less easily removeable.
