Any massive faction generator out there?

Hi.

I'm planning to play on largest map (for couple months if possible). But like everybody knows there's about 9(?) races out there. And in such huge space we barely touch one another. Travelling trading, influencing, warring takes ages. And with this amount of resources in our influence zone, we can build pure-element ships in masses

So I was wondering if there is anybody who has made races generator? A button that I could click that would generate races in masses? Creating them one by one could take some really long time.

I'm not aware of any faction generator, but there are 36 races available here, and I believe that the Steam Workshop has a fair number.

Yea, but these can cause collisions between them and major/minor already defined fractions. While handy, 16 people is still not enough.
Then. The randomized factions replace the existing ones. Game won't take more than all factions + 1 random.
Oh and it doesn't "generate" races, it just randomly choses one.

But those are boobs... many of them. I'm not misogynist. I like who regular man like, but still. I'd like to play and not be concerned by floating table.

Not a way to generate custom races on the fly but give the Star Trek mod a try and play with all factions, mod and generic. Be warned however that the generic factions will be cannon fodder. The ST factions are different enough with most having their own tech tree and wonders. Interesting though, since on a very large map it adds enough good AI players to feel like there could be a challenge without the AI massively cheating. Do not play the BORG either, they are overpowered on purpose, after tall, they are the BORG, the whole point is to take them down

I consider the Steam workshop to be my massive random generator. I have accrued 70 - 80 factions of varying styles. I avoided most of the recognizable lore based factions and looked for visual variety. I also consider it a random trait and ability generator because I have no idea what those people did to all those factions. Set up an insane map, set the difficulty to genius, pick 20 - 30 random factions, promote some of those to Incredible just so I don't know who the heavy hitters are, and go for it. It is as random as I can get it. The default races actually become the exception cases!

There is also Gauntlet's Race Mod on Nexus that has a bunch of additional races complete with exquisitely designed ship sets. Serious eye candy there.
