Wrong "BonusType" for Shrine of Tandis/Mithrilar

The Shrine of Tandis & Shrine of Mithrilar both give a +0.25 morale (instead of +25%) due to BonusType being Flat instead of Multiplier.

Current:

I just looked at the xml for tandis too.... its quite amusing

Current Global Bonusses

0.25 Morale

5% influence per level

5% tourism per level

Local Planet Bonuses

25% influence

25% tourism

1 morale per level

(it also gives only 1 adjacency bonus to approval/influence/tourism, wherass virual world, which it replaces, gives 2)

Cultural Beacon also has a bug with level bonus being local not global. omega research has to low level bonus. galactic showcase has a global tag missing too on a level bonus. Cultural beacon, the pure influence wonder, gives less influence then any other wonder. And omega research is overpowered.

Suggestions:

In general: I really like the singularity power plant design: Big bonus to local planet, decent bonus to empire. Would not mind seeing that in all the wonders.

Omega research center: Change to 200% research to local planet, 25% research to Global. 5% research per level to Global. Make it no longer a upgrade from innovation complex. Add a new tier 3 research boost building similar to quantum power plant/financial sector. basically make it more like singularity power plant.

Cultural Beacon: change to 25% influence. remove influence on galactic showcase. maybe add big influence to local planet.

Shrine of Tandis: increase adjacency bonus to 2 to be on par with virtual world, or 3 to be special snowflake wonder.

Galactic showcase: remove influence, up adjacency to 2. Add 200% gross income to local planet, like singularity plant.

Galactic bazaar/virtual world/restaurant/tandis: add local bonus too!

Krynnianc Sanctuary should maybe be changed to Player Achievement/one per player, rather then galactic wonder.
