Fraction Power goes to zero if arrieved 5000+

Current game:

 

Difficulty: Challenging

Trun: 400

Map: gigantic

 

I just saw that the Fraction Power of Alterian goes to 0 if they arrieved 5000.

Have that same problem playing a custom race: don't know the exact time or turn. But suddenly my military power goes from high up to 0. It's annoying, but what I really wonder if this is a stat that also counts towards my enemies declaring war on me? Do they think my military is suddenly 0 as well, and they can get away with an easy walk-over?

Yes I think so. But also I think this problem is a bit bigger as I thought because:

 

After the power index of Altarian brakes to Zero, they stop their war against me...

So I fear that the AI think they are now weaker than me (( But the truth is they are over 5000...

Just had it happen to me don't know exactly at what number but went to 1st in military to 18th, Which dropped me from the top of civilization power to the bottom.

Good grief, this has been happening since B3. They moved the scale down to fix it but apparently they also moved the ceiling down as well. It doesn't seem like a challenging fix to me.

OP should move to support.
