Like in a previous game now again Interstellar Collectors do not seem to be available, tney are grayed out. In 2 different starbases. Am I missing something? Is there some requirement? I have built all the other available modules.
Do you have 2 construction points available? Interstellar Collectors and several other modules need 2 construction points to build.
