When eyefinity is enabled you do not get those options as it does its own version of extending by making your resolution 5760x1080, basically it lies to your computer and tells windows that you have 1 big screen instead of 3 smaller ones. Most games if i set the in-game resolution to 1920x1080 the game will only run on the middle screen but in galciv3 it still stretches across all 3 and really makes things look funky lol

And definitely open a ticket with Stardock. The setup you have is bound to be unusual, maybe even unique.

lol, I'm definitely not the only one that uses 3 screens just one of the few that doesn't just use it for Racing, Flying, or work stuff. The game plays fine until you get into the planet management screen and from there you can't click or see anything, the only workaround I've found so far was to run Galactic Civilizations in a windowed mode with a lower resolution (1600x900) which saves me the hassle of turning off eyefinity for this one game. I will check into the xml files and thanks for the link.

The OP is not alone, I use eyefinity and have reported the problem on these forums at least twice with screenshots, and never got any acknowledgement from Stardock.

Someone else reported it on the Steam forum, and the official response was that Stardock's main priority at the time was basic stability, and resolution issues would be addressed later.  Since this is the case, I don't think there's much point in opening a ticket.

I have faith that they'll get it fixed eventually; the last Galciv supported eyefinity.  But the fact that I ponied up $100 and still can't play the game all these months later is annoying.

Playing in a Windowed mode has its own set of problems.

I'm running a triple-monitor nVidia setup, and I get the expected problems with the UI (including the non-functional planet management screen). I can run the game in windowed mode, but that ends up with the Windows Taskbar on top of it which covers up a number of important UI elements. I've also reported problems with it before, and have similarly been told "this will be worked on later".

I know that Stardock isn't a normal game company, but that sort of terminology often ends up turning into "it'll be patched in soon after release" and then into "it is out of scope at this time".

Any idea when or if this will be addressed?

Also ... I would prefer they address the game in triple monitor mode rather than provide a borderless window workaround.

I am happy to report that beta 5 addressed the issues I was having with the Planetary screen and now I am able to choose my production queue and placement 

I cannot say for nVidia's Surround but with AMD's Eyefinity you can enable it for multiple screen sizes and resolutions and set it up to be a fluid transition across all screens even though they are different size or resolutions, I once setup a 3 screen Eyefinity using 3 different monitors with different resolutions (21" 1050p center, 20" 768p left, and 19"720p right) and in the racing game I set it up for looked and worked great but with that said its definitely much easier to setup and nicer to look at when all 3 screens are the same. I also want to say that even though the reason I have 3 screens is for my racing sims, I do find it very much handy with pretty much everything I do on the PC work related or not. Being able to have multiple windows open across 3 screens really can make it much more productive as opposed to constantly minimizing windows and whatnot. In games like Galactic Civilization it gives you a much bigger map and can see much more going on on the screen at a time with having to scroll around and with first person games like Battlefield or Racing it really helps out huge as you get to use your peripheral vision and can even give you an edge for when someone is sneaking up beside you.  

Well it seems supported now, other then the background screens with bleeding edges the game is functional now for me as before I would enter the planet management screen and wouldn't get the window with the map and was unable to change my production queue, but as of beta 5 that screen is now there and functions as it should.
