I've done a few trial plays so far and maybe its just my game but on every play through I've had my game has crashed at turn 275. It doesn't matter where I saved it last or how many times I load it, when it hits turn 275 the game crashes.
If you would like to help the developers figure out the reasons for your crashes, please read this post, especially the parts at the bottom about the debug.err file, the crash dump file, and where to send them to report the problem.
