Why it isn't an automated process? I hope you will charge the card immediately like the Steam for pre-purchases in future for your next games. This is really annoying to wait. It is 11:20 PM right here.

If you're having ordering trouble, your best bet is actually to email sales@stardock.com.  They've got broader power in looking up strangeness than I.
