Several posts have addressed the issues of "talking to the local media" and "giving a speech about something other than the 'issues', like "opponent characteristics". In the manual, it says that to talk to the local media, you press the "interview" button -- I've looked all over the place, and can't find an "interview button" in any of the screens. Is there one? If so, where is it? Regarding the giving a speech about character traits, how do you select that option??
