George W Bush got more votes then Clinton did in either of his 2 elections. A 5% than the '92 election and only 1.5% less than in his '96 election. Why would Clinton Get 8 MORE character votes then Dubya. I was Glad To see you gave the George H Bush 1 character more point then Clinton based on his Resonding election mandate in '88 the last president who carried more then 50% of the Vote.
