Large Planet Drainer?

Is this ship still in the game?

I remember hearing a while back about a ship that could suck the population and structures off a planet. I think I saw a picture of it at one point. The beam looked like a giant green abduction ray/tornado and the ship using it was pretty large as well.

I haven't researched everything in the game yet, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Is it still in the game?

It's a capitol ship ability. Don't remember which faction. TEC or Vasari.

EDIT: heh guess 3 people posted while I was typing this and another post.

Awesome! I was hoping they didn't get rid of it!  

Btw, why is the fourth ability of most capital ships always grayed out? Do they need to reach a certain level before I can spend a level-up point on it?

the planety drainer is for the vasari space whale, and while the effect aint as big, its still funny to suck off planets...

I just love watching it. Like a giant space dust buster. Another cool effect is the Revelation's Invoke Hysteria power, although it is a little noisy and graphically out of place.
