It killed me not to read your blog earlier. You must be east coast time. I am west coast. I just got done watching the show and I gotta say I am not surprised by the vote. I love eggs scrambled up with veggies...I was like you and didn't eat a big breakfast, but it sure does sustain you a whole lot better until lunch and no sugar crashes. Stick with it.....and live long....!
