Spears and Agilera for me are in a different league because.. well, they are not dumb as dirt. They actually speak intelligently and as *entertainers* they are talented and successful. That is to say, there is some new arrangement of ideas, or some connection which is non-obvious that the author is illuminating. I heard a radio commentator - I think whitehouse spokesperson - say the "deficit" is artificial based on economic predicitions which are notoriously difficult to predict. The economy booms, the tax rate stays the same, but total receipts go up = balance budget.

Jessica Simpson - A caricature of HERSELF?!? in Music JoeUser Forums

I'm watching the Jessica Simpson video, and it occurs to me that she has become a caricature of herself - she seems to be playing out the life she plays on TV, married to Nick, even to the point of making fun of herself (as portrayed in Newlyweds) - and she does it all seriously - as if she doesn't even "get it". Is it possible for her to walk upright and move her mouth without having ANYTHING between her ears ??

I think it is fine for those that believe in God to evangelicize (sp?) - just as it is fine for Atheists to spread their belief of the "truth". Consider: if you thought the sky was red and I knew it was blue - it would be very natural for me to want to convince you it was blue - even if in the end it "didn't matter". Same goes for Believers, same goes for Atheists.

Homos are immoral period end of statement. We need to watch out for these guys - the next thing you know, they are gonna demand a polyamorous homecoming court.
