Awesome! I weighed 165 pounds until I was 30 years old. I had given up shooting meth at that time because It was ruining my life and unlike my single years of no responsibility once I had a wife and son it got too be too much. When I quit I gained 150 pounds leveling out at a whopping 365lbs. The health ramifications as well as the increasing of my chronic pain got way worse. I have been battling this problem for 8 years. I am now after all that time just starting to catch my bad habits.

I find physcial therapy to be useless for the most part. It has helped me tone up some muscles but other than that it does not help the deep pain at all the only thing that helps is narcotics and illicit drugs. I have a weight problem and have lost 20 pounds. YaY! the Demon of food is a wretched beast and extremely hard to combat.
