It takes 3 One to hold the light bulb and 2 to pick him up and turn him around
Even then there would be no guarantee that the programmers fixed all the bugs of the burnt out light bulb.

1. Autocorrect can go straight to he’ll. 2. Why did the AI cross the road? Because the programmer coded a chicken joke into its decision-making process!
Could this be a firewall issue? Under security > firewall > allow an app through firewall you could try to see if multiplicity is allowed through both public and private networks on both machines
Good to get it confirmed. I presumed the buy outright would be higher because the software would have a longer lifecycle. Kinda like Plex having a lifetime vs subscription.
This actually is an interesting idea. A lot of companies have begun to offer a lifetime subscription just like plex. If Stardock were to go that route it would probably be more geared to the industry norm in which lifetime subscriptions are usually
Why is there no discount to get a permanent license for Fences 5?
It is late in the game to even consider a Fences 5 permanent license even if it was 50 percent off. I am not sure exactly when Stardock plans to release Fences 6 but I am sure it could drop any day now. My general feeling right now is that Object Desktop is really the way to go. Both for the customer and where I believe Stardock should be pushing pe
I don't think there has ever been an operating system I wanted to modify more then Windows 11. There definitely is still some untapped potential of changes people may be wanting with the OS for sure.
I am not sure if this is unique to beta 2 or not but I thought I would post these findings here because it has increased the usability of Multiplicity 4 by a lot. I was having a lot of issues with transferring files via kvm. File transfers would drop midway through and seemed slower then in Beta 1. (I do have one of my pc's hooked up via ethernet cable, not sure if this is a factor) It was a default Windows 11 firewall setting issue. By default Multiplicity 4 does allow public
Very cool trick. It worked for me as well on Windows 11 and file explorer. I now know start up shortcuts can be modified. Good find.[e digicons][/e]
That sounds like something that might be fixable to me. From that description I have a pretty good idea on what might be going on there.
I think it would be a great solution for all the people asking for moving the taskbar to the side. It is a modern Windows 11 taskbar. [e digicons][/e]
Actually I would argue anything that relies on debug data to patch private internal functions or literally scanning for specific instructions in memory would be considered by Microsoft to be a bit of a hack. I believe many of the windhawk things do that though I don't know if that particular one does or not.
That all sounds tricky for the average user to understand for sure. If the mod titled, "Vertical Taskbar fo
I find myself using the right click taskbar pins a whole lot on 24h2 for apps such as explorer or web browser web links and would like to see right click pins added into stardock's taskbar pins as well. With the taskbar "show peak" pin I would like to see a right click option that shows all the different pages a user created. When a page is selected from the right click list I would like that particular page to be loaded. The would save time as I could easily select which peak page wo
Glad we could help. It definitely isn't always obvious what is in your cart. I think you are wise to take advantage of the early adopters discount for the pro version by the way.
No.
Dang, I was sure I had it because if multiplicity regular and multiplicity pro are both in your cart at the same time the total comes out to exactly 59.98.
Do you by chance have two items in your cart at checkout?
Nearly every setting is either hard to find or not possible without Start11. So by definition Isn't all this a hack? Both pc's are running the 64 version which I believe is the correct version that they should be on.
I feel the transfer speeds may be slower on this version in between kvm mode. Unfortunately, I did not save a copy of beta 1 to cross check this for sure. Wish I kept it. I am running an old cpu on my secondary; i5-4570T with the instruction set; Intel® SSE4.1, Intel® SSE4.2, Intel® AVX2
I pretty much beta test everything. It is never a big deal to me to just roll back updates that are broken and and I have done so several times. Luckily I have not had to with 24h2. Being someone that beta tests a lot I can tell you from experience that the only issues that will for sure be resolved on launch are my own along with other beta testers that report issues. Sometimes they will be your issues as well but not always. Additionally, I am always beta testing Stardock software a
What exactly is being greyed out? Is it the "create fence" option when creating a drag and drop box on the desktop?
Windhawk now has the perfect solution for this. There is a new mod out called "vertical taskbar for Windows 11". This very nicely gets the taskbar to the left. But.... Currently Start 11 and this mod do not play nicely together. I wonder if an update could change that? edit - best work around I have found to run both start 11 and this mod is to also use a windhawk mod titled "click on empty taskbar space" and program the windows key to double click on empty tas

I believe the base model of Multiplicity 3 limits the size of copy and paste items. You would either need to upgrade to the KVM version of Multiplicity 3 or buy Multiplicity 4 instead. Is Multiplicity 3 a new purchase?
I do believe this thread matches your issue https://forums.stardock.com/531374/page/1/#3947007 The developer reproduced the issue with the non pro version of Multiplicity and a fix should be released later this week with beta #2.
