Hello everyone. I have looked on the forums but have not been able to find related posts with much information on them. I have purchased GalCiv 3 several days ago, however have not yet spent much time playing it, in part due to an abysmal frame rate. I have a gaming laptop (and before anyone says "its because you have a laptop", just for comparison my rig runs bf4 at stable 60 frames on 1920x1080 resolution (no AA)).
