Is it possible to limit uploads in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I have been told WC needs more high res wallpapers and dreams. I may agree to that. But.... We have been flooded with uploads in those two areas, to the point that many very good art works are not in view for more than a day or two. ALSO: Most are only borrowed art works, not from WC members. Are we alienating our members? I have heard we are. I think it's a good idea to ask for votes to put a limit on uploads to no more than 2 a week.<
