It's only tuesday, and been one of the longest weeks of my life. I'm sure it will get better, it has to, I'll make sure that it does. Maybe I'll get to partying on the weekend.
Reppiks
SD, I'd use the one on the left on odd numbered days except in the case of leap year as it would be over-used in which case I'd use the one one the right to balance the wear and tear. Or, you could use the one under glass on rainy days to keep it dry, and take the other out in fair weather, I think!
Now we're talking! (no pun intended) Looking forward to this.
When I was using 1.0, it said I had 1 email, did a clean install of 1.5, says the same thing. It's probably postage due anyhow!
If I were a skinner I may feel diferently, but as one who admires the talent here, I have no intresst in the rating near as much as what the item looks like,. The download count says much more than a few stars!
A definite loss for the whole skinning community. Thanks Bones and company for all your hard work, take care of yourself.
Thats good to hear, thanks for the update, I'm off to give a listen!
Individual application icons are set by the writter of that piece of software, you can change them manually, but Icon Packager doesn't touch them
Have you tried "unloading" windowblinds and reloading? When I reboot, WB doesnt load right (I too am running StylerToolbar), When I reapply windowblinds everything skins correctly.
IMHO I'd rather not have the screenshots listed in the "Newest" section, only in the left side navigation. But shorter names would be an improvement.
Jafo, (not pronounced as Gafo) since you are the utmost authority on the King's English, I'm surprised you just gave in on this one!
Now here this...The "G" stands for "graphic" which is a hard G! therefore, it must be a hard "gif". Now, that and $.95 will get you a cup of coffee!
Now, that makes it clear as mud! I think I'm going to file for a copyrite on "public domain" and make a fortune!
Sir Bichur, are you still leaving? or did you come back and leave again, I lost track! Oh, I'm so confused.
The driving force behind life is change. I've seen several turn-overs of talented skinners, probably for many reasons. The amount of time needed to build a Windowblind skin can be substantial. Imagine adding some overtime to the work schedule, or activily raising a child. A lot of things happen in a persons life (along with the things you already mentioned). The old master's skins become the "classics", the newer "masters to be" bring new ideas t
Ya might be a "Redneck" if...
I agree, one writers opinion. Bear in mind, like Microsoft did with Win98, extending up date support was important to the security of the entire internet, not just the individual consumer. To abandon XP home, leaves a lot of computing power up for grabs to the hackers and virus writers.
I've always been envious of those with a natural talent toward graphic art. After many feeble attempts, I've finaly made a couple of small items I could call "art". It has given me much pleasure to know that even only a few people liked and downloaded what I've created. Not to mention the chance to give back to the community that I have gotten so much from!
Congrats, WOM!
Hmmm, I missed something again! As Reppiks goes off to sulk in the corner.
Diafragma, you always come up with "over the top" desktops!
I should have posted in my screenshot the WB is "Longhorn Percept" availible at DA, all the widgets are in the library here at Wincustomize.
Can you have to much glass?
Sventekoz, it's getting dark here now, but I don't see anyone kissing?
