GhiostMatter: Let me preface this by saying that I would love to charge more money wherever possible. That said, I'm not sure how we could make a digital collector's edition since most of the value is in the physical goods.
Well, if you look at Mass Effect 2 Collector's, which I bought on Impulse, I still got the artwork book, comic (both in PDF), documentary and soundtrack (and in-game bonuses). Else, I would've gotten t

Awesome! I'll be getting it! It would be nice of those who buy digital to get digital versions of some of the goodies here, kinda like Mass Effect 2 did.
OMFG OMFG I wasn't sold about this yet, having the games on CD, except for the fact that I wouldn't require a CD(or an image on my netbook) but this, THIS is AWESOME! I will have to install Battle Tactics from CD though :(
If you make a Klingon fleet, I'll be there!
Nope they don't :) This is why I prefer PC gaming since I started playing games again. It does have second-hand games which is not (YET) possible in the digital market.
That feature actually helps me with school. Since I have fences, I've started putting back game icons and when I hide, it only shows school-related stuff so I get less tempted :P The best thing is when the icon rearranges themselves when switching between resolutions in games and stuff.
WebGizmos, it's not toO small if you set if to fullscreen.
It's great to know this, not just as a customer but also as a person who plays games, lots of interesting stats. If only all companies were like yours... From the stats, I think we can see more people use Impulse for non-Stardock related applications.
I was wondering especially for the campaign, I forgot to mention. Some games do not have the original game campaign in the expansion EXE.
Well, there are two icons, do I lost anything by starting Entrenchment instead of vanilla Sins of a Solar Empire? I guess I'm used to one exe for other games and their expansions...
Nice! I've never really been about outrageous stuff. I tried the Stardock Dragon skin for a while but I just went back to something more basic. Right now, I'm using Diamond on my desktop and I don't see myself changing anytime soon.
I believe Fences is still a release candidate so I guess that's why the free version only is out.
Well, I was already planning on buying Object Desktop soon(just transferred my Deskscapes registration to my dad, THANKS Stardock!) but I think I will tonight as soon as I get home. You've sold me. [e digicons][/e] Since I've started gaming again after 2 years off, I've been missing all those things I had in Linux (sweet sweet KDE [e digicons]:smitten:[/e] ) that Windows sorely lacks. Fences was already a great start, I've been loving it if only for the fact that I don't los
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! thanks! :D They should add the min. resolution to the requirements or add a netbook resolution like AI war does(allows it but did not work on interface). Anyway, it's very appreciated.
I have not had time to try it for this game but it worked for Civilization IV in a window! (:D :D :D) I will answer when I've tried it. Anyway, if you tell me it works, I'm sure it will on mine.
Weeee! Gonna try it! Thanks!!!
I tried with a gamepad and it was hell, I can't aim properly with joysticks. With the mouse, it's fantastic, works so very well and I've improved my performance a LOT. The controls are fantastically done.
I bought the game thinking it could work a netbook as the store page doesn't mention any resolution option. The game starts and gives me an error that I need to change my resolution to 1024x768. Obviously, I can't and the max is 1024x600. I searched on the net and the forums but could not find anything except something about a prefs.ini which I can't find anywhere. I am running XP on an Acer Aspire one. Any help?
I play City of Heroes and love it. I have strong doubts about this one. Seems it has a more "arcade" feel and City of Heroes under NCSoft is MUCH MUCH better than under Cryptic. Thanks for the tip
I've bought 1503 and they've promised for a long time to get multiplayer . I didn't buy the game expecting it but would've loved. No multi is a game-breaker for me. Not another Anno without it.
I played a little of HoN, never played Demigod. I played DotA a few years ago just a little. I joined a "noobs" game and was trying to learn the game. I asked my team if there was a place to heal. Nobody answered. I asked my team again. Then I asked everyone. Again. Again. Finally, someone told me "no". I said "Thanks". No answer. I nearly begged my TEAM to tell me. When I died, I found the fountain thingy and saw that it seemed to heal. It does. I left the game with no penalty, i
