I would like the shape and size of solar systems to very as well for example our system has 9 planets (yes I still consider Pluto a planet) but the most in GCII was like 5 and always the same distance from the sun a little verity in that regards would be interesting as well.

Interesting Article I do like the view of crunch time for games. I as a gamer prefer that game companies delay a game to ensure they release a finished product instead of rushing a giving us a giant piece of crap. And Stardock tends be reliable with what they produce good work and Happy 20th anniversary.

Nebulas - could reduce sensors to hide ships from enemies
I am less attached saved games as I am what I create in them such as ships and races that's more what I am wondering I figured we may lose saves but will ships we design and races we create be kept?
I know for some games when you get an alpha or a beta version of the game with every update you lose a lot of what you have done in the game. Stardock will that be happening with this game as well? I mean will we lose games we start or ships we design with every update or major update? Or will be able to carry that all through to the big release of the game?
