What type of alerts are you getting? If it is something like this "Beware, [Your name]. We have received reports of pirates. These scavengers destroy anything they come across.", you can ignore it. It is just one of several generic conversations that the AI can initiate as part of the Flavor Text. They don't mean anything.
I would rather that they would get rid of alerts like this when the options shut this of

Hey Brad if your wondering what I would like to see back is Fantasy Star. What I like is 3, aND 4. I tried 2, but playing backwards doesn't work to well. Please bring it back. I would like to see a modern version of this. Another good game would be like if you combine spore with virtual village redone, with empire earth 3, with sins of a solar empire, and spore. Now that the sins are bankrupt. Spore should not be that hard to get. If microsoft wont give up empire earth 3; then,
fort night seems to be the big computer third person shooter right now. I've played shattered suns it is fun. I would recommend Mutant Football Legue as far as computer sports. Grand Theft Auto is always good. If you like first person, and Rpgs I recommend Skyrim. I heard Morrowind is better though. Distant worlds was good. Stellaris sounds good. Legue of Legends. Buldurs Gate I thought was good. My favorite game is Galactic civilizations it sounds like you don't like turn based games though.
Like I said moot! The old way was fine there were just to many other people who thought different. I don't think that changing how constructors work will fix a better, and smarter Ai though.
I do agree that this is probably bad timing for Stardock. What we basically see is fans on both sides you probably can't convince them that your guy is right. All Stardock has hear is legal precedence. At least Brad tried to talk it over first. If they would have said Ur Quan Masters then the press would probably of said Star Control, and Stardock would have none thing to say except suing I guess electronic magazines. We should probably just let them figure it out. I do agree most probably wh
Remember the type of improvements matter improvements are buildings on planets. W.hen you line up the same type of building you get bonuses. You should have some resources in space constructors is how you get them. mainly promethium, anti matter and duranthium to start off is most important. build as many colony ships as there are free planets in range. Exploration early is essential. Good thing you start out with a survey ship. You will notice dots in unexplored areas they are stars,
This will probably help thanks.
So if i understand this correct atari sold everything, but the code for star control 1, and 2. Paul, and fred changed their minds, and wanted the code for star control 3. Star control 1, and 2 were under gnu, so technically no one owns it. Stardock said no, since they own it, and all. Brad read this, and decided to talk to paul. I know about sins of a solar empire this is a project where ironclad, and stardock worked together to produce a game. We know stardock works with other
In 2 they had an option to dont show automated moves it would be nice to have it back.

Not understanding four, i would like some way to lacate the planet at this point though. I also miss the game events thingy like they had in 2. This is why i liked it colonization events. I rename my planets based on the bonuses. Sometimes i forget this. I cant go back and remedy this, because i forgot the name of the planet, or thecolinization event that happened last turn. While we are talking on lost treasures dlc colonization events can we grey out the component that if we reselect we wil

pretty sweet
I cant speak for the other aliens, but our scientists currently are pretty positive by the time of the game the terrans would have 12 billion people.
I mean farms produce food every year unless you use winter crops which is twice a year. Storage would still need to last six months. Maybe the year could be decided on a random basis on how long it takes the planet to go around the sun. Just saying different planets have different day, and year lengths.
It makes more sense to me to make food assuming winter crops producable twice a year than a one time thing on farms.
Yes depending the number of ais.
No we are given victory conditions with conditions which makes strength. This can be used to gage what the player is stronger at. The ai can be scripted from here with multiple strategies. Doesnt have to be this way. Alternative the ai could look at what its got for maximum benefit. If it doesnt work next time try something else to counter a scenario untill you run out of options using which one works best. Your idea that the ai could test by playing against each other c
Ok they are right at normal difficulty which is the difficulty the ai uses with no bonuses to no one. Lower difficulty the player gets bonuses. At higher diffuculty the ai gets bonuses. The ai gets no more information than you. Its just good at math where through averaging makes it good at predicting. It uses the ratings to figure out what kind of syradegy you are currently using. Now if you play godlike expect the ai to get bonuses. If you dont like the bonuses play a lower level.&nb
How about completely get rid of the food system and just let every planet grow to planet cap size? At the same time, nerf prolific and make the ratio of pop to production at 2 to 1 (2 pop for 1 point of raw production). This will automatically make the AI better in relation to the player. And it gets rid of a tedious clunky mechanic no one particularly likes. Also, buff synthetics. Provide an "
Honestly this would not be an issue with computer targeting.
If there is a penalty for certain tiles it would be cost. Everything else is overcomable by technology.
When you colonize a planet turn off auto upgrades in the colony governor screen less micro than you describe. I have been saying making planetary governor screen global with an option to override with local options with an option to set all colonies to global default would be sweet.
