krazykid2688> He has more than 2 wins and 2 losses, it just shows Pantheon matches. If you look at the rank 2 user, he played about 50- 1 minute custom games on prison against the AI to farm favor and exp. Everyone in the top 10 did. Personally I like the favor system as it is right now (presuming you keep your rewards). It means that losses don't have to be completely unrewarding, and provides incentive to keep fighting even if you ultimately know you may lose th

Yeah, I'm impressed they offer refunds... most all software these days are "if the box is opened, you're out of luck".
My issue with Exile is that dark has a debilitating flag closer to their base, where as light gets celerity. While Celerity is ok (depends on the demigod), but I think debilitating is better overall.
Auto Attack/Stat builds are strong late game when you can stack artifacts but they aren't as good against strong players early on because you lack any way to make good moves... if you do consistant damage every hit with no burst, enemies an easily judge your damage output and plan accordingly. I do find it amusing that very late game that artifact stacking makes auto attacking much stronger than actually using skills, it would be cool if the game balance actually allowed for stats to ad
I wonder if the AI gets bonuses to items they use as well.
As long as the player rankings are taking custom matches with AI's only into account, they don't really mean anything to me. Look at the top 10 players, all of them have between 20-100 1-minute matches on prison. If you can get ranking that way, ranking doesn't mean anything...
The gold you get should probably be scaled... a demigod going with 0 kills 10 deaths shouldn't really give as much as one with 10 kills 0 deaths (presuming they're the same level).
The heart works roughly as intended, its there to save you from having to go back to your crystal every time. While I guess there are probably balance issues, The running back and forth is pretty tedious and I wouldn't want to keep doing that mid game. The requirement to avoid being hit I think makes it fairly balanced, it can't replace potions or other healing trinkets for that reason. Maybe I guess if the delay was a little longer or the recovery rate was a little slower..
I've been playing quite a few games against the AI as part of the tournament, and what always seems to happen is that one AI on the opposing team does something or gets something and suddenly becomes unkillable. The last game I played, everyone in game was about level 12-13, and rook on the other team is level 17 or something. I turn my back for a minute and suddenly he's moving twice my speed, and hits me 2-3 times a second for 500-600 damage melee hits. Since the AI is too
My game was freezing for 5-10 seconds during the match... After it happened frequently, I found out that it actually happens every time about 10 seconds before the background music changes tracks. Weird stuff.
Given the incredibly cool rendered promotional video that was released before, you can probably excuse people for being a bit disapointed that there isn't any cutscenes of that calibur, even the promotional footage itself, in the actual game. Lack of a solid single player campaign I can forgive, as its a multiplayer focused game. A tutorial would have been handy though. I don't need one, but I can see why people would like it. Some people enjoy the trial and error me
I'm not sure if this is related, I upgraded to 3B and I was unable to log in. After lots of fighting with it, it turned out that my login wasn't validated. You can log into impulse without a validated login, but you can no longer log in in game, and the game neglects to tell you thats the reason. After I tried to log into the forums to mention the problem it told me I had to validate, and upon doing so I was able to play. Obviously if you're posting with the same impul
This might sound a bit dumb... when I upgraded from beta 2 to beta 3, my impulse ID didn't work. It said it was invalid, even though it was the correct info. I used the impulse option to send me my account information to double check, and even went so far as to copy/paste the login information from the email into the game login. I was ready to give up. The solution didn't appear until I went to make a post on the forums. When I went to post it said I needed to
