I have been playing one game of Beta 0.77b.278074 as a Terrans and I’m on turn 269. I have to say I have really enjoyed the game and it’s hard to stop, (I tell myself just one more move and I’ll stop). Here are my observations and constructive feedback It would be nice to have a way to sort the ships in the shipyard by name. You do it

I learned my lesson the first game, scratching my head as to why I was getting poorer yet I had several core worlds. Read some posts, lesson learned, choose core worlds wisely and make sure you give it a lot of colonies.
I experienced this same “sleeper ship” scenario as well. The constructor was a welcome outcome as I really couldn’t use a colony ship. Some outcomes from anomalies where you get constructors would be nice.
Ran into that same issue myself, stuck transports. Never going to choose that sucker trait again. I’m dealing with the Festron Hunt and they seem to make every other world a core world. This is a major problem for me as it screws up having a bunch of supporting colony worlds. You fire the Governor and now you have a bunch of upset colonists, and not just the core world you conquered.
Wow, can’t wait for what Derek said to show up 👏👏👏
Not sure I agree with the comment “most people want the grid to remain when zoomed out”. All the comments I have seen about the grid is wishing it was at the zoomed in level.
When was Beta 0.77b.278074 released, date and time. I started playing Beta 0.77b Thursday Feb 10 at ~9am EST. I had played a bunch of Alpha before this. To my surprise when I started a new game on This Thursday morning I could zoom in and and I would have the grid I so dearly wanted. If I zoomed out it would disappear but I could live with that. Around 8pm EST I saved the game and quite GalCiv4 and launched Fortnite which I played for about 2 hours. When I ended Fortnite and relaunched
I second this request. While the circle may be more eye pleasing, the hex outline is more precise.
Yes, please give us an option to turn off the background. At first it was pleasant but it became very distracting when I needed to make a ship move and thought I needed to go around a gas cloud only to find out it was the background.
Yes, please give us the grid back. I like having a precise understanding where I am in relation to other objects ( i.e. pirates, space monsters) while I am zoomed in.
