I've played games where Oak level 2 surge didn't wipe out Erebus minions, so I believe nightwalkers are still a little bit broken.
Rav3nIX
In the mythology of the game, why would a thrall be promoted to a godhood over his master, especially if he depends on his master to do anything? Just curious.
Depending on your ability to run makes a difficult domination game as well.
All of those little green numbers floating up with every surge fill my little oaken heart with joy.
Spit just recharges too fast early on, if the cooldown was increased, he would be easier to deal with. As it stands, Oak shield only works on one spit, but then another two spits can be used and do major damage.
Yeah, Oak likes to wander away from the action chasing angels sometimes too.
The other night I played a tough game where TB ran around farming our creeps like mad and getting a few kills without ever attempting to win the game, as we were playing fortress mode and he never made a serious move against our fortresses, and never even attempted to stop us from destroying the last couple of fortresses. He was a few levels ahead as well from all of the farming In the end, he had earned more favor than either I, or my teammate. Go figure.
Oak's Shield Erebus's Mist Sedna's heal Queen's shield Sure no one uses them but Symbol of Purity and Restorative Scroll.
Cooldown on Oak's shield allows Oak to avoid damage on only 1 out of 2 or 3 spits though, and I don't count EB or QoT as viable counters as they are on UB's team in Pantheon.
Plus Erebus minions are practically another demigod.
This really needs to be fixed, I hate finding ROOK and REGULUS on the dark side in the Pantheon, it makes for a very unbalanced game.
I'm pretty sure playing rook on the dark side is a bug, and exploiting it isn't really cool.
Had an epic game on Exile where the team of 3 UB controlled all of the flags and pushed my team of 2 Oaks and a Reg back to our Cit with giants and everything, but massacring all of those creeps and not being able to spend on our own creeps gave us the opportunity to purchase several artifacts while we leveled like mad, and before long, our Oak army was invincible and marched back to their Cit and clobbered it while ignoring their attacks. Oak is great late game.
I played for a week or so before I figured that out.
Needs to be fixed, Obscenitor is running around the Dark side as a very frustrating Rook. I didn't sign up on the Light side to fight Rooks...
It's been like that since the game came out.
Yeah, I've never had luck with silence, except for once, when there was a huge fracas where everyone is in a mess and I can't target heals reliably, things are happening too fast, so I just silence over and over to keep my opponents from stunning my team.
Drives me nuts when teammates don't have teleports to help save our own portals.
Techubus- "I too go for a healing build, but the items play a big role. With Sedna my goal is to avoid having to use heal on myself all that often, saving it for allies or simply rarely using it, because it burns through mana too fast if it is spammed." That's the way I typically play her as well, and I find it frus
I believe the game completely fails to explain Warscore adequately, but it mostly boils down to that, and that 15% health or 20% exp bonus the flags give you.
Good, I just played two games, the first was very close until my teammates mysteriously lagged out, and the second was a clear victory which resulted in an invalid gamestate. Should have two victories, and I wondered if these issues could be forced by losers.
It seems to be working now, and I didn't do anything. Thanks though.
What about an issue where logging in does nothing, the bottom left of the screen says 'Logged in as' without any name there at all, and when you chat your name shows up as 'Guest 107' or something?
I can't log in at all. No error message, it just tosses me into a useless guest account.
One of the main things Erebus does that I hate the most is his ability to TP behind me, and now the dark side gets another demi specifically designed to do just that, while the light side has a demi whose ability is being extremely slow (rook). So yay.
Spinzer keeps saying the UB is a close combat demi, if so, then why support his current spit ability? In a lot of the games I've played, UB just spits every chance he gets, completely negating any need to engage anyone in close combat.
