had the same problem, they fixed me up in about a week...meh, did u buy it at walmart? thats what i did and it was telling meh that the code doesnt match the email...i was like wth (hence the name) i didnt buy online...anywho mail them and stuffs and they will get you fixed up

can you switch between having them run away on or off cause the last thing i want is "OH LOL YOU HAVE 5 MORE SHIPS THAN ME AND ITS BEEN LIKE 20 MIN RUN AWAY!" .....i just realized that sounds like multyplayer:P
you could open the sidepanel of your computer and put a fan next to it as a temp fix till you can buy a new cooling system for it.worked for me awhile back when i found my fan was shutting off at random times..
this just made me want to put that self destruct ability from the scout on EVERY ship...might take some time tho..
refineries cover a certain area... so some might cover more than one planet, the 4/3 ment that there werer 4 refineries in the area that could refine it, if its 2/3 that means that there are 2 refineries in the area refining it, so with the 4/3 your not using one of those refineries, and on 2/3 you could use 1 more refinery..hope that clears it up im not that great at explaning stuff...

they also seem to realize my modded cap ship wsith 10k shield and hull 20 armor and 5k damage per second is bad:P they ran with 5 cap ships and about 80 frigs.....they caught on those bastards
i think it means you have 4 refinery ships but the max that resource field will use is 3...meaning that basically you built too many refinery things
so u made a fleet strong enought to defete all the pirate ships....and your too week to stop 1 raid afterwords?....your doing it wrong...

is there a way that i can pirate the updates cause my legit copy i bought from wally world - i have recipt :P- happens to have a pin or reg code or w/e u want to call it that dont work and so far support hasnt helped much in aiding me with my quest to update my game
....so they emailed me back today and it gave me a ticket number to a site...so...does that meat they will look into it...eventually?

It wont let me do it. says the email im using isnt registered to the number inside the box, but i didnt buy it online or with an email, i bought it at walmart. and why was the inbox version at version 1.00 when 1.2 is out the same time i bought it, and i cant update it or mod with it or go online with it cause i cant register the game. i have the number and the box and the cd and i can take pics to prove if u want (of course id only give reg number pic out to devs, im not THAT stupid...)<
