hi- thanks for the reply-it appears that, it was pretty late, I was getting blurry and somewhat irritated- it seems, a good old-fashioned reboot was what was needed and all appears to be well- Thanks again-still odd though never had that happen.

Thanks for any help. I am at my wits end right now. I just uploaded a WB (Bell,Book & Candle) and after upload, I noticed that, when I applied another skin, it had different borders on the all the frames. So, after opening the skin in question in Skin Studio, it seems that all of my blinds are now applying with UIS2 frames and not the per pixel window frames that are installed and I can not figure out what I did or how to get the per pixel frames to apply again.</p

Resolved- If this should occur - go to the Edit Start Menu > Left Hand Side> Programs List. Go into the "Animation" section and make sure that the frame rate setting on the left is "off, or disabled" and the "begin with frame" and "end on frame" settings are at "0." Best

All Programs List Vanishing While Scrolling Up List in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

Was testing this skin before upload and came across "a new one." Have searched for solutions and de-consructed/reconstructed Start Panel - Stumped. Does not happen with any other skin and cant find any difference in settings or skin construction that appear different. Thank you in advance for any help. After opening All Programs and scrolling up list, the list vanishes when I mouse over some, but not all short cuts. thought I

Hi Have searched and tried applying changes to the Hor/Vert position of the bottom search box. No matter what the setting used in Skin Studio (under "Bottom Bar" -extra settings - Search Box Off Set) the position of the search box remains fixed. Thanks for reply- Yeah - 5 images and tried the W7 auto positioning and either way, the button/glow will either overlap (auto fit on) or will exclude one or the other (auto off) if the image is too large. Scaling down seems the best way- thanks again.

HI there. A little late to the party in changing over from XP to later version. Last year I offered a WB for Halloween of a Oui Ja board formatted for use with "XP" that used a planchette as a start button. I am trying to make the skin W7 friendly for this Halloween and am having fits trying to get the button/glow feature to accommodate the cursor from XP into "7." In W7 I can get either the button or glow to display separately but not together.<

HI Thanks for reply. I made some changes to a skin and "reupped" but received a message from Island Dog re: rejection of the upload as it (the updated skin) is an "update" and not a new submission. So, yeah, there is a new screen shot and tweaks to the blind. - wanted to check here before wasting more time at the review / admin level due to my inexperience. Thanks

Thanks for the reply but ...sheesh- Reinstall, hand picking every CFX file, registry entry and Prefetch files all removed and continues to reinstall with no Windows Default Cursor- This seems to be at the root of things. HI This is strange. Cursor Fx suddenly stopped applying cursors and the "Default" Windows Cursor is no longer displayed .... I also note that the program is not shown in the Task Mgr. will start manually but will not apply any cursor. Have tried uninstalling (both from within Impulse and Revo Pro) to no avail... Stummped. Working on Per Pixel frame and when opening, say, Fire Fox, all buttons display and work correctly (buttons displayed in screen capture in inactive state) but when another menu is opened, the buttons are not showing (missing buttons on active frame).
