Ok I am kind of gettinf the hang of it? I have learned on my own so far how to do the task bar and button on it. One thing i dont know is how to make it so that the buttons are not right next to eachother? I want the buttons to be spaced out a little more. Also I am useing gimp for the transparency. The tranparency doesnt show in the skin studio preview? Is that normal? I tryed to make round taskbar buttons. I set the background as black becuause I know I wouldnt be useing true black in the imag

Reply to Theme Manager not recognising cursor fx is installed. in Object Desktop WinCustomize Forums

I am having problems with this becuase When i apply a siut it will not change the cursor or at least download it. The cursor that is part of the theme will not even be downloaded so that i can apply it manualy meaning I have to search for the cursor? Is there a way to install cursor xp so that it will at least download it and i can move the theme from the cursro xp theme directory to the cursor fx theme directory? Or will that mess things up?

I dont know what to do? Theme manager isnt including cursor fx only cursor xp? I dont have cursor xp installed. When I installed cursor fx it didnt uninstall cursor xp. And when i downloaded new cursors and opened them it opened the cursor fx editor? So i would try to save as and install and it still dint work? I dont know so I uninstalled cursor xp and uninstalled fx and reinstalled cursor fx. Fixed it and i am telling you this becuase i am thinking it may be the reason in some way....

I dont quit understand I am sorry? So find all the Msxml files and number them 1 to 6 and then install the thing at the link? Sorry i am an idot? Oh and yeah mathon does use IE I forgot.

ITS NOT THE FIREWALL! I turned it off and it still dont work. I am useing the latest version. I just got object desktop and Still use stardock central fro updated free for a year. I dont use internet explorer? I use maxthon? No changes.

I Tried all of the ones I have like 6 But they where working when i fist got object desktop I use them all of the time I even tried to download ones I didnt have? And The Silica ONe dowsnt work its the one that came with it and that one doesnt even work. Mainstalker- Im sorry that I can not understand your message very well? If you mean how do you add a sound to a sound package then I can answer. Save the sound anywhere. Somewhere that you know you can find it. Go to sound packager and find on the top of the main display NEW PACKAGE! It will ask you to name it and put in the info for the package. When you are done putting in the info for the package another screen will show up. On this screen you will find a button at the bottoom that says IMPOR

No Weather Widget Will Work in DesktopX Stardock Forums

Ok I dont know what I Did? I was building an object bar and I wanted one of my menus to have a weather widget? So i clicked DX wid. and browsed for the weather widget i wanted?Didnt work so i tryed anther and it still didnt work. Tried few more times. Any other widget works? The calendars clocks todo list all work? Just not the weather widget? Even If I go into my widgets folder and try to open a weather widget it wont open? They will all be opened in task manager when I am through

I was just wondering what winstep is? I once tryed it and dont get it? I have object desktop so I am wondering the difference between OD and Winstep? Ok you guys Both wulfn1 and Skybright. I Am just going to combine your Ideas into one. A soothing sound package. This will incluse chimey sounds which I would say are very soothing. I plan to name it Serenity.(I will have to check the spelling lol) The reason being is that I can make a whole sound package of wind chime sounds for a few reasons. ONe being that you wont be able to differ the events becuase the sounds will be to similar. Two is that it will be to repetitive to hear wind chimes over

Juat to let every one know I am In the Process of Getting a new Laptop.My sound scheme outout will slow down for about a month.Plus I kind of need a little break. Not a full on non working on sounds break. I always working on sounds. I am just going to be working a little slower becuse I am gettin a new dell inspuron and i am shure that my sounds will turn out better on a new pc. This pc is so outdated. Most of the time I record sounds directly from my sound card and I have a horrible sound card
