starbases have a different offensive module, one for mining and for example one for military? "starbase defense system" can be only installed on mining starbase?

I see that solar system planet names are earth 1 - 2 -3, please can you change it in the next build with the real name, Venus, Mars etc. You cannot change the names only on mars. Thanks
