I am an experienced strategy gamer. i play on the harder settings of civ 4 and 5, total war games, and galciv 2. for whatever reason im just not getting the magic formula to not suck at this game. if i rush factiories first i start to runout of money...if i rush research then my manufacturing suffers..and i have never been able to rush quality ships. i dont like making junk ships with no defense. When i unlock the jammer and other similar technology i usually put all of the jammers i can on one ship and then give it as much defenses as possible. the idea being that it would reduce the accuracy of the enemy fleet and hover around in the very very back of the fight. Ive never actually tested it though. I usually get overwhelmed around 400 turns into any game do to the AI being able to field many many more ships than me so i end up quitting. Has anyone else tried something like this befo

ok. did that. didnt work. ran in windows 7 compatibility mode, didnt work. ive already uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game. i dont know what the issue is. put in a ticket with the company but the data file their program made is too big for the ticket report option. wtf.

My game was working fine in the beta and now that i have windows 10 it dosnt seem to launch. it takes me to the loading screen and then just closes.

one thing i like to do is create a ship design per role. for example a kinetic weapons tiny fighter. then i like o just periodically update that design to the next version where i put better shit on it ect. the problem im having is that after about 100 turns i have 3 or 4 different models of fighter in one fleet and in order to upgrade them i have to select the fleet, select the ship then upgrade them 1 ship at a time. i would like the option to be able to upgrade all fighter mark 2s to mark

every once in awhile when i goto attack a fleet the game will start to load the graphics and then just stop. i can still move the mouse around but its just a black screen. the only way to fix it is to ctrl alt dle and restart from the last save.
