Any chance of a more detailed customization screen for those of us who want to use it? It'd be great to be able to set the bonuses (or penalties!) individually for each race. I'll put my vote in for carriers of some form, with mobile starbases being the preferred way to implement them. But, I'd rather have cloaking devices and other new ship modules first If only Starbases could move and be part of fleets... then there probably wouldn't have so many requests for Carriers
Cloaking Devices have no reason to be restricted to be Evil Only... there is a difference between sneaky and dirty, malicious tactics Plus, they would be perfect for Scouts, Contructors, even Freighters or Colony Ships (although, by the time you would get cloaking decives...).
