Somehow my Avatar disappeared on my IE, but it is still here on my FireFox when I sign on. But it is not in my settings. I think you could have used My Colors to download the desktop.. If it is the same one I got. I have had a great deal of problems with ImPulse also. Not using it until they get it right. I don't work a job where I can deal with my computer all the time to fix problems. I will be patient and wait. I know they will get these problems worked out. Sorry for your pain... X-( and frustation...
