I used to smoke a lot of Pot because I would unwind and become more creative. Funny enough though one time when I was high I got to thinking and realized I was only unwinding and being creative while high because I had let myself think that, I could unwind and be creative anytime.
Wohh you just blew my mind. So if this is true then I actually created you to tell me something that just blew my mind, yet I actually must have actually known the truth at some deep level otherwise when building the universe I would not have been able to give the information in the first place. I think eventually in the future you may see jails go high tech in that each inmate is drugged and given rehabilitation via Virtual Reality until they become 'Sane' again.
