I received the email this morning about the new DLC however it's not showing up in my Steam account. Also I still never got my founders badge to display under my name (Or is that a feature I need to turn on somewhere?)

I have the founders pack yet this DLC is not showing up as owned on my Steam account. Is there just a delay or an issue on my end?
