On June 13 I tried ten times to upload a skin and failed all ten. I also failed twice just now. I posted a question (Wincustomize Forums 6/13) and someone asked several questions which I answered. I have heard nothing since then.
The problems are all software related although there was one hardware problem. I live in a nursing home so getting outside service would be difficult. Doing it myself would be easier. There is also a problem that might be related. Seven times I tried to upload a skin and failed all seven. I posted a question in the forum but the results so far have been unsatisfactory.
Would someone recommend a good diagnostic/repair program. I would even consider remote control servicing
WindowBlinds-.wb a format-3,145,064 size. I kept getting the "submitted and saved" message. (6:37 p.m.) Same results, and I had to select the .wba file three times. Also I have been having some computer problems. Could that be the answer ? (11:26 p.m.) why don't I just quit this whole ...... mess. I'm going to bed. Good Night.
Did you get you get the skin I just uploaded or do I have to do it again ? It didn't act right. (long pause) Four times I tried to upload this skin and failed all four times. Which end is the problem at ? (seven hours) six attempts and six failures. Am I invisible?

I' totally confused. What I uploaded had three styles. I checked my copies of SkinStudio and WindowBlinds and SkinStudio showed the correct images, but WindowBlinds showed an incorrect image for Win7.
It was within the last the last three days. No significant browser problems. My spam folder only contains porno invitations.(pause) After some mouse problems it seems to have gone through although there was no preview image (it kept asking for a new preview image). (another pause) It is now in my gallery and as yet there are no comments.
I recently uploaded this skin. Was it received?
The last time it happened I managed to contact him through this forum. Let's hope it happens again.
