Ah, thank you!! All I had to do was un-click "Show recently used applications" on the 'Configure' page and now it just shows the programs I've pinned. As a user of Start8 until a few days ago I'm not sure why I forgot about this! I guess it's cos I switched them off right at the beginning and never thought about them again. This has prompted a feature request - separate thread. Thanks again, Splike.

When I "Pin to Start menu (Start10)", some programs appear above this line, and some below. It looks messy, and I don't remember this problem with Start8. I recall that the line was always at the top, just under "Windows 8 menu", which looks fine. I presume it's to do with whether the program was installed for All Users, or just the current user.

The problem is, the information given doesn't actually explain what ehtray.exe is or does. Obviously it's something to do with Media Center, but what exactly? Is it the whole thing? Or some sort of start-up hook, or what? What effect would disabling this start-up entry have, exactly? I think the information given in the TweakVista Start Up screen could be improved.

Do Stardock not provide any support for paid products apart from this forum? If so, that seems a bit disappointing. I have a problem with IconX. When it is running, it bumps the CPU right up to 100% utilisation. Other applications will still run, but much more slowly. I've updated my graphics drivers to the latest WHQL-approved ones (GeForce 6600GT), and I'm running a clean, recently installed XP SP2. The high CPU utilisation is obviously not right, but I can't see
