How can I make Logon, what software must I use?

You will need a good graphics program like Paint Shop Pro or Photo Shop to make the picture and you will need this to make the logon out of the picture. The program is called Logon Studio and can be found here. https://www.wincustomize.com/software.aspx

There are actually 17 standard images that need to be skinned to present a complete Logon screen.
It is really annoying when people just slap a wallpaper or background image and leave all the rest of the buttons at default.

Thanks! I didn't know that. I don't use logons or make them. You learn something new every day!
