Hello, Thanks guys.Sorry still somewhat confused about what is needed to draw or to create a cursor and animate it .is there a certain software that to be dowloaded in order to draw ? Thanks.

Practically any graphics software can be used.
Most people use Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, CorelDraw, or even Microsoft Paint.

That was an interesting link..but, looks hard to do. I always have trouble following directions I read. I guess i'll leave the cursors to the pros.
