Browsing using FireFox

Hello, I currently use FF as my browser... Everything works well on this site except for the fact that I cannot view the pictures of the skins... It just display's a white box??

I can view no problem with IE.
Is this a known problem, or is it a setting on my end?

Thanks.

Looks ok to me from Firefox.  Have you got your Web Features set to show images?

I have Load Images checked in the options window..

I can see the pictures of avatars and moths other things, except for the Skins and the buttons at the top of the page. (Watch List/My Account/My Skins)

Thanks

Have you installed the basic browser extensions such as flash, Java?
I dont knos if it matters with your browsers particular issue, but it is something worth trying if you havent done it..
heres the link
http://update.mozilla.org/?application=firefox
Themes and Extensions

I took a look through all the options in FF and I really dont see anything that would "Add" or "Block" the skins previews from showing..
The only other thing I can think of would be your security settings in your Anti-virus software perhaps? or some type of Adware/spyware program settings?

Just a few things you may want to take a peek at.

Zero.

Hm, weird-I'd have to concur with Zero-I've been using FF for ages now and never had any problems w/grafx.

I use Firefox about 95% of the time and never have a problem

Same here, I haven't had a problem either.

It doesn't make sense that other images show but not Skins. There must be something blocking them. An extension? Spyware? Firewall? Did this happen just suddenly?
Also could try uninstalling and reinstalling FF.

It's definitely something along these lines... I recall when I first installed FF and 'locked it down' to the point where WC showed the same problems. It was too long ago now, but something to do with scripting, JAVA etc. Just try turning on these options one by one 'till it works.

Interesting...... Maybe cache problem?

Do you have any ad-blocking applications running? I had that problem some time ago with an ad-blocker
(cant remember which one)

Some ad-blockers blocks certain types of URLs to images - this *could* be your problem, then again it *could* not but its worth checking it.

Thanks very much for all the responses....

I have just uninstalled FF, and am running Norton Win Dr, to remove all traces of it.
I will try installing it and the Java plugs.

re Firewall and Addaware progs... I have no problems viewing this site with IE and Maxthon, so it couldn't be anything with that.

I will report back once the suggested things have been done.

Thanks,

Yea, it didn't like something. I use Firefox all the time and I have tons of extensions even installed.

I don't know if this is the same thing or not. All of a sudden yesterday, I was having trouble viewing skins as well on here...with both IE and Firefox. I just chalked it up to a glitch with the site. But, then, I started having trouble logging onto other sites as well. Well, I do have AdAware, Spybot, and Spyware Blaster. I ran all three, nothing showed up. I was reading on here last nite about Microsoft Anti-Spyware. I decided to download it and run it. Well, it picked up 58 entries by BookedSpace.com...supposedly a browser plug-in that can hijack your browser! (I have no idea how I got that.) I had it remove it, and, voila! Now I can see all the skins, and my internet connection is now working properly! You would think that with the other 3 proggies I have, one of them would have picked that up!

Thanks everyone.... As it turns out, it is something with my firewall... I am using EZ Firewall from computer associates.... The weird thing is, IE has no problems... Well at least I know were the problem is.

Thanks,
