BIG DUMB QUESTION !!

err, like you do yae make a star system, me thinks that the death star device is involved(as it says somewhere, that it requires a huge amount of stuff..), also the death star, is quite efective at getting the A.I. to surrender to you(just ask 4 all their star systems, and you`ll get them..), after all you have just wiped several billion aliens(scum) out(still don`t make u a bad person..).
can anyone help in makeing a star system - simple words only please !
