Do the minor races have portraits rather than symbols in the Altarian Prophecy?

No, same symbols, but the two new races use the old minor symbols, I think the Carnorids and the Alexians. I don't remember who uses what though.

yeah, the minor races are the same as they were previously, except that a few of them have a new look as the caranoids or alexians had their symbols used for the 2 new major civs.

I was also wondering...Frogboy does post some pictures of Aliens from time to time that are not in the game...would have been nice to have their picture used in the race description screen.

You can go to the GFX folder and find the images for the minor and create some images using a pcx converter program and assign new faces to the minors.

I managed to change the image for the minors on the diplomacy screen, still working in theother pics.

It would be cool if the minors had thier own portraits. Maybe you should put those portraits you are making in the mods section when you are done?

Or maybe they will even put portraits in before release? ;)
