Must Get Add-Ons

Hello people, I am fairly new to GalCiv and want people's opinions on what add-ons I should get from the library. What are the best ones in your opinion.

Just a side note, but a rating system for the library would be a good idea and maybe a comment section too!

Welcome bpayie-

I'm played around with some of the mods, mostly events. They have their plusses and minuses... Generally, the more popular things in the library have been downloaded more often.

I know that, early on, there was talk about "certifying" some of the add-ons.

Was this ever done? Is there a way to view only the add-ons that have been certified?
