Hotspots menu dissappeared

for some reason the Hotspot option in OD+ 1.15 seem to have disappeared... now i cant even select my hotspots for OD+... so i unistalled everything and tried to have a clean install and i still encounter the same problem... the Hotspots are gone.. any clue in how to fix this?

I'm a new user, but I found that the Hotspots option is only available when making changes to a tabbed dock and is gone when making changes to a regular object dock.

SDC only shows version 1.10.008 for me updated 1-11
TimothyBH is correct only tabbed docks use hotspots
