About 4-5 weeks ago I submited a Wallpaper called Solar Map, what happened to it, its not there...? o.0??

wallpapers are moderated. Not everything gets posted. Emails are not sent out because of backlashings they have gotten in the past. If the wall was accepted , you would have recieved an email telling you so. No emails for rejection.
If you would like to find out why it was rejected you can email any moderator. Their contact addys are on the left column of this page under ABOUT SITE.

It wasn't 4 or 5 weeks ago...it was Jan 25...

Wallpapers are moderated for 'quality' or suitability as wallpapers, as, without moderation Wincustomize.com would be swamped with tens of thousands of them, and yet we are 'primarily' a skinning site.

"solar Map' is a relatively simplistic image which is OK for a 'first try' but not necessarily suitable for the WC Gallery.

Due to past experiences with abusive emails from 'disappointed' wall artists we no longer email 'rejection' notices...

Hello, im sorta new. I've recently submitted a few wallpaper, when i checked my "skins" there are 3 awating moderation, but im getting emails that they have been rejected, i got 4 emails yesturday saying the samething for the same wallpaper. Is there a glitch?? or did i really get rejected. Thanks

Can't say specifically DEZIN, but I had a submission that was accepted, yet I received 2 rejection emails for it. There are glitches in the system.

sorry, i have another question. In my view "skins" it says i have wallpaper(4) but i can only view one, so does that mean the other 3 has been rejected?

So, isn't there some way that the wallpaper moderation could be handled? I submitted 2 wallpapers yesterday (03.30.2005) and recieved 4 e-mails today saying that one of them had been rejected. No word on the other wallpaper and when I check the "My Skins" area it says I have no items to display.

Would seem to me that there's a better way to handle moderation. At the very least explain what part of the guidelines weren't followed that led to the wallpaper being rejected.

Good point, i have no idea why mine was rejected, some info why would help me in the right direction next time. I can send anyone interested in seeing the pic and perhaps guide me where i went wrong. Thanks
