Error installing GalCiv: Invalid chunk data

Hello,
I'm attempting to reinstall GalCiv, and it gets to about 6% done, and then provides me with the following errors:

I've tried deleting everything in the temp directory, and it starts over from scratch, getting to the point for anomaly02.md_, but it fails all over again. Any suggestions?
