WinCustomize User Level

?Why is min only 4?

Hello,
I had a look at my Wincustomize User Level,
and it seems to be 4, but acording to:
WinCustomize Subscription Information
I should be level 5 because I have a
Wincustomize subscribtion.

Anyone have any ideas?

There seems to be some issues with the User Levels not always showing the same levels from one place to another. I'll add this to our list of "to-do's".

User Level info is updated once a day. So if you purchase a subscription it may take up to 24 hours before your User Level is updated.

Nekus, it appears that your information has already updated because your info is showing that you are a user level 5.
