Can't create a personal page

Today I decided to create my WinCustomize page however I was told I didn't have access. When checking my profile it shows I have an active subscription, and I am a recent purchaser. I guess there are still some bugs to work out. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. If someone could point me in the right direction to get this straightend out I'd appreciate it.

Dont know if this will help you guys but, here goes....
On the opening page on the tabs on the top you will see a tab called My Accounts.
If you click on it another page will open. There you will find an option ..the first one says "Create my own Wincustoms Skinning Site". If you go there you should be able to create your own site. Hope this helped you.

I know that part, I actually get a message saying I dont have access to create a page...evn though I am a subscriber...and am logged in correctly. Well I guess it makes a change from getting the DNS errors that I was getting before

Butch123, thanks for the input, I had tried that route as well. I even tried the link to open an account (just to see where it would take me) and I got a message to the effect of "unable to connect to localhost" what ever that is supposed to mean. Hopefully one of the Admins. will come by this post and address the issue.
