Intercepted live broard cast from a hidden survailence camera aboard "The A.S.S" installed by some other groups Spy who worked on her at her last manditory Multiverse inspection.

ANZAC closed Debriefing:

A lot has happened in the last 2 days
With the active recruiting, espionage, sabotage, and Rescue branches

at least 3 (that i know of at this point in time) of our X-Compatriots who decided to try it alone in their budding empire FF, have been persuaded to join GROSS. Our Emporer has just returned from being M.I.A and looks the worse for ware.. However He is alright. {BlueSteel nods towards Worty} GROSS also attempted to gain the services of another of our Collegues "Slitherin" however they were able to return to us {BlueSteel notions towards Slitherin} glad to have you both back..

Our Anti GROSS Propaganda seems to have had a limited effect so far..

Our Ranking in the MetaVerse has jumped back up to 7th thanks to the Return of our mates and myself..
This isn't enough to play a major role in the Multiverse Federated Empire Council.. so we need more Influence out there in the Metaverse

Spread the word to recruit Overlords.. All we need are Overlords who are capable of posting a score at least once a month and then we'll be right back up there with the elite.

Our HQ is now this ship we are now sinning in . "The ANZAC Space Ship", "The A.S.S." {bluesteel looks around to see if there are any smirks from the ranks... of which he is please to see that there are none} . "The ASS (Donkey,Mule,JackASS} was fundimental at Galipolli in the rescue of injured our mates in arms from the front line.. so she is aptly named..

Remember the ANZACS.. "Lest we forget" , let them be an insperation to us all in our Galactic Adventures
We currently have spies in.......

{A siren sounds and you see a lot of ppl running around..} and then the camera jostles around and then you hear "Sir.. we've found something.." you see my hand groap for the camera.. and then you get nothing but static....

hey blue - have you noticed that we iz doppelgangers when it comes to Met status? spooky. thanx for the follow-on. don't wanna be a pain, but JavaScout's Gamma Squad is getting too close for comfort. we need more active players - i iz off to recruit. :)

Aye, not only without an empire at the moment, but still doing the massive FV dl. Right now it's 88% done. Only took about 30 hrs to get this far....this time. Last time the DL manager lost the history at about 68%. It's a genuine race between my 56k dial-up and snail mail. Must keep in mind, that after I get this on the HD, I still have to DL the patch. Gonna take a few days off the computer in between tho. Having to monitor the DL is wearing my A.S.S. out. (joke about that to follow later on)

yes i have seen them.... I'm doing the best i can... They Obvously know that we are here... I also just finished a game... i'm now ranked 110th over all... :) gradually getting there... 2 days to do the last game large,normal game... at least i beat it this time.. not like my first 12 games of GalCiv.. LOL

Come on ANZACS..... I can't do it all by myself...

Slitherin... are you still there.... I havn't seen a game from you revently ...

hey :(

can someone please tell me whats going on... I just scored 12000 mvp for my empire but the score has only changed by 970.5

Metaverse score for ANZACS prior to game was 242284.4
after my game its reporting that its only 243254

no one has left the empire in that time..

it has recordred my game and increased my score in the empire by the correct amount...

If it is correct then it sucks big time... I played for close to 48hours straight .. and for what .... 970.5 mvp for my empire

sheesh... NOT HAPPY ..... what happeneed to the other 11000+ sheesh

sorry to hear that blue - it is a bit frustrating the scoring system, but i suppose it effects everyone the same way. anyway, go GET those Republicans! there's only 2 of them!

Shucks. I left IceMole's Metacalculator at work otherwise I could give you better numbers.

Basically, the 12000 pt game you just submitted increased your overall score by about a 1000pts due to the sqrt, monthly blocks and ageing effects. In addition, the empire scores are a summation of your player profile scores (those you see in the name hyperlink) rather than the Metaverse listing scores. The player profile scores are lower because ageing is 10%/mth as compared to 5%/mth on the listing.

i know this... but it doesn't work out...

when i used to submit a game... the empire score used to go up by approx my score.... not approx 1/10 of my score I think that theyve put the "." in the wrong place when adding to the empires score

my score in the empire is correct.. but the overall empire score isn't... it used to increase by the score of my game.. I've included my scores so that you can see that they would have had to take of 90% of my scores from block 31-60 days for it to be correct

from this you can see my scores are correct.. so the empires total score scould have gone up by a lot more than 970 points

If I do a rough compute based on 10 Aug, your personal score and your empire score should have gone up by about 3166 pts instead of 970 pts.

My suspicion is that even though none of your members left, they were degraded by about 2100pts following the ongoing Meta-wide recalc.

of course, new people are always welcome, it's just that someone said on the other thread that the nebulous META scoring is based oin number of players (?) so i assume if you've got a million non-active players on 50pts you're shagged by the scoring system?

Right now, the system clearly favors keeping all the people you have, dead or not. When I was rummaging around player records, nearly 20% of those in major empires were zero points or long dead (over 3 months). So unless the powers-that-be enact some kind of auto-removal process for those who have been dormant for a long time, I would suggest enjoying who you got already.
